We were thrilled to be contacted by Nya Rue Events, in regards to a wedding they were planning. Loads of details and ideas were presented to us but with a freehand on how we could make it all come together.
We provided a streamlined package for both the ceremony and the speeches. This consisted of d&b Audiotechnik E8’s for PA, these were driven from D40 Amplifiers. We provided these because they are small, decreet, clear and pack a punch. We also supplied Shure Axient to take care of the RF requirements. This allowed for redundant frequencies, for a seamless fall over.
A DPA 4488 headset for the celebrant, with an AD1 belt pack. Alongside two AD2 transmitters with SM58 capsules. Control was from one of our trusted Allen & Heath SQ5’s. Perfect sound for a perfect day. Music for the groomsmen to enter followed by “here come the girls” for the bridesmaids and maids of honor. The bride made her entrance to a beautiful track, allowing all the focus to be on her.
The weather was breezy; however, the ceremony was clear with great audio and a moving monologue from the celebrant. Following the ceremony, we played background music which was clear and distinctive, whilst not being over powering. During this time, we moved the rack system to another location to allow us to cover the speeches in one of the many teepees on site. Both the Father of the bride and groom gave their speeches. This was followed by the most amazing feast, accompanied with more background music.
After the feast, all of the bridesmaids came together to provide stories of their friend, the bride. The speeches ended with some emotional words from the groom. Some speeches inside the teepees, some outside on the lawn, all were clear and heard throughout. We continued playing dance music until he was ready to start his set. A beautiful Wedding and an amazing day. Bassline Beats Productions were privileged to have been able to be part of such a wonderful event.
