Bassline Beats Lymington

We were thrilled Nya Rue Events, wanted us to be involved in another of their Events. A Wedding they were planning at Warborne Farm, Lymington in Hampshire.

The festivities were to take place in various locations on the Farm. Outdoors, a Lambing shed, under a Teepee to name a few.

We love to work with Nya Rue Events, as once they have supplied all of the required information, we are then given a free hand to work our magic.

We provided for the ceremony, speeches and the reception.

The Ceremony was an elegant package consisting of 4 x d&b Audiotechnik E8’s, driven by a D40 Amplfier. Shure Axient, with Shure AD2 handheld transmitters, with SM58 capsules. This was provided together with one of our trusted Allen & Heath SQ5.

The Speeches, we used the wireless microphones from the Ceremony and moved them to the Lambing Shed. There was an inhouse PA system already there, we therefore had one of our Engineers on hand during the speeches, to ensure every wonderful word was heard by everyone in attendance, these opportunities only come once.

The Reception, we supplied Staging, Lighting and Audio.

We used 2 x d&b Audiotechnik Y10P’s with Y subs. These were driven from a D40. Monitoring for both the DJ and Tribute Artist we used a single d&b M4, bi-amped, powered by a D40.

We used Shure Axient with a AD1 belt pack transmitter, with our fantastic DPA 4488 headsets.

Audio Control, was from one of our trusty SQ5’s and lighting control was a Chamsys MQ60.

Lighting, we provided Robe Robin 600 moving heads on Tank Traps to ensure the entire area was lit elegantly. We also used several Par Cans to give a warm feel to the entire Teepee area.

We used a Haze Machine to add a great mood.

The DJ kit was provided by our friends at SJ Hire. 2 Pioneer DJ decks and a Pioneers DJ Mixer.

The Day went really smoothly, a great time was had by everyone. The lighting was pretty spectacular, it worked so well under the Teepee and really helped to set the tone. A huge thank you to Marc Plowright, our Lighting Engineer, he worked well into the early hours the night before to ensure everything was just right, it was, it was an amazing vision, commented on by so many in attendance. Marc, I don’t know what we’d do without you.

The weather was good which just added to the magic of the day. So much planning and so many amazing professionals to work with, which created a seamless, wonderful care free day for the Bride, the Groom and every one of their special guests.

Bassline Beats Productions were privileged to have been able to be part of such a wonderful event.
